Hajj Terms & Conditions
Reservation and Deposit
- A deposit of $2000 per person is required at time of booking to secure your reservation.
- 50% of full payment by end of Ramadan
- Full payment required 45 days prior to departure.
Payments / Cancellation
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to departure.
- Cancellations received in writing 45 days or more will be subject to $500 administrative fee per person.
- Cancellation received less than 45 days and more than 30days prior to departure will be subject $2000 administrative fee per person.
- Cancellation between 30 days and 14 days prior to departure is subject to %50 of full price.
- No refund for cancellations within 14 days of departure.
Hajj packages DO NOT include
- Fees paid to the Unified agent office and Visa processing fee (bank checks attached to passports)
- Cost of Zambia / Sacrifice (about $120)
- Domestic flight cost for USA departure other than New York (JFK)
Recommended:
- Due to Airlines and Hotels non refund policies as travel dates approach, Hajjis are recommended to insure their package and luggage. Luggage lost by Dada Travel after its arrival and receipt by the Hajji in the kingdom are eligible for up to $300 refund per luggage per Hajji. Please, do not place expensive items in the luggage, only 1 piece of luggage per person is recommended.

Documents Required
- Valid passport for at least six months with 4 empty pages.
- Three passport size photos (white background).
- Permanent residents, please submit copy of your green card.
- Original certificate of Vaccination for Meningitis.
- Original certificate of flu vaccine.
- Any supporting documents required by the Saudi Embassy must be notarized.
Acknowledgement
- The passenger hereby acknowledges having read the terms and conditions within, and the paid deposit constitutes agreement to those terms and conditions.
Responsibility
- The responsibility of Dada Tours & Travel as the tour operator or their agents is limited.
- Dada Tours & Travel acts only as agent for passengers in making arrangements for air lines, hotels, buses or any other services in connection with this tour and assumes no liability for: injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occasionally occur either by reason of defect through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or dangerous incidents in the air, sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, war whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft , epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond Dada Tours & Travel 's control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents. Dada Travel will accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses to delays or changes in schedule or other causes. Dada Travel shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising in connection with such services. Dada Travels will not be responsible for failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check - out times and baggage handling. In the event of delay, it is the responsibility of the airlines to determine exactly what procedure will be followed. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on its procedures. Dada Travel and its affiliates will not be responsible for any person(s) missing any part of the program due to his/her negligence or delay or absenteeism for any time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour.
- Moreover, no refund will be given for any services rendered and not utilized.
